It is great to celebrate our staff, and officially recognise and acknowledge the work that they do! In-line with the 2020-25 BCH Strategic Plan, the Workplace Recognition program was developed and introduced in 2021. We encourage workers to nominate colleagues “living” the Banyule Community Health values at work – shining a light on the detail and care put into work that often goes unnoticed.
Once again, I am incredibly proud to share this period’s employees of Banyule Community Health awarded Workplace Recognition Awards for October 2022.

We receive a number of nominations each quarter, highlighting the amazing dedication and contribution so many workers give to their roles. The nominations really show how much our colleagues really appreciate their fellow workers for the work they do for our organisation and for our clients. It really is a very difficult decision to choose the award recipients each quarter, but we “thank Banyule Community Health staff and volunteers” for all the nominations we continue to receive.
