The plan is the result of a process of deep engagement with our staff, our community and our key stakeholders who have all shaped the content and direction of this plan. We expect the next 5 years to throw new challenges, and it’s important for Banyule Community Health to be clear on its purpose, guiding values and priorities.
This plan is built on strong foundations – winner of the 2019 Premier’s Primary Health Service of the Year, strong staff engagement, holistic wrap around service and authentic community engagement.
