What better way to celebrate our staff, than to officially recognise and acknowledge the work that they do! Following the implementation of the 2020-25 BCH Strategic Plan, and the feedback we received while developing the plan, we formally developed the Workplace Recognition program in 2021. Staff are encouraged to nominate colleagues “living” the Banyule Community Health values at work – dignity, quality and passion – shining a light on the detail and care put into work that often goes unnoticed.
I’m incredibly proud to share our first 2022 cohort of Banyule Community Health Workplace Recognition Awards for 2022.
Congratulations to Kiri Wenlock, Stephanie Price and Denise Chao.
It is always great to read all the nominations received, as we really appreciate all our staff and the work they do. It is always a difficult decision to choose the award recipients each quarter, but we “thank you” our staff and volunteers for the nominations we continue to receive – keep them coming, and once again congratulations to our first Workplace Recognition Award winners for 2022.
