Counselling

Qualified therapeutic counsellors are available to help individuals, partners, family members and affected others control and deal with harmful gambling.

Financial counselling

Financial counselling provides support for individuals and families who are experiencing financial difficulties caused by their own, or family member’s gambling. We can help you make a plan to overcome financial burden and refer you to other practical support services if needed.

Support for family and friends

We provide support to anyone affected by gambling, not just gamblers.

Appointments for all of these services are available via the phone during COVID-19.

Peer Connection

Peer Connection is a free, confidential and easy to access telephone peer support service for people struggling to stop/control their gambling and for people impacted by another person’s gambling.

The Peer Connection service is delivered by trained peer support volunteers who have experienced gambling harm themselves and can share their own stories of harm, hope and recovery to help you make the changes you need.
