The Somali Men’s Social Support Group promotes physical activity, good nutrition and provides an opportunity for social connectedness between older Somali men from the local Somali community.
A typical group session will include:
- some gentle physical activity
- prayer time
- a nutritious Halal morning tea and lunch
- discussion time
