We’re delighted to welcome Kirsty Dolny to the role of Executive Director of Corporate Services. Kirsty will drive innovation and continuous improvement across key areas such as People & Culture, IT, and Infrastructure.
Kirsty brings a wealth of leadership experience and passion for community. She is committed to working together to provide better services for our clients and improved end-to-end business processes. Kirsty joins us after extensive experience with Kids First, the National Disability Services (NDS), CommTel and Accenture.
She joins us at Holstep Health with a dedication to building a strong, client-focused team through strategic, people-first leadership. Kirsty is known for leading change, executing business strategy, and improving operations, while creating inclusive, purpose-driven workplace cultures.
