A casual, half hour class for anyone who wants to improve overall fitness in a friendly, caring environment.
Wednesdays at 10am
We provide safe and easy exercises to help build strength to improve your ability to do daily activities.
Each class includes:
- a warm-up
- seated exercises
- leg strengthening
- a focus on improving balance and stretching
- relaxation to finish
We also share ideas on how to incorporate exercises into your daily routines.
Participant criteria: You will need an assessment by one of our physiotherapists before attend. Contact us to make an appointment. Participants also need medical clearance from their doctor before attending.
