The Child Dental Benefits Schedule, introduced in 2014 by the Federal Government, provides eligible children between the ages of 2-17, access to up to $1,000 in benefits per child for dental services over two consecutive calendar years.

Banyule Community Health provides counselling and care and recovery support for clients with alcohol and other drug and or/dual diagnosis issues. We undertake a comprehensive intake and assessment process combined with a daily Clinical Review process. All treatment plans are developed in collaboration with clients, consistent with a client-centred treatment approach. We can assist with case management support; referral to detox and rehabilitation facilities and counselling support (individual and/or group based therapy).
Banyule Community Health Complex Care Managers aim to help people access services they need to stay safe, independent and healthy as possible. Care Managers support people to achieve this in close consultation with you, your family and your health professionals. The amount of involvement by the Care Manager is based on your needs and your ability to manage those needs. The Care Manager will be involved for as long as it takes to improve your health management.

Mission
The Banyule Community Health Generalist Counselling Program provides a range of services for individuals, couples, children and families affected by common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, especially as a result of social disadvantage.
We also work with a range of other problems including but not exclusive to: grief and loss, family violence, past sexual abuse, couple / family relationship / children's issues, and parenting difficulties.
