Youth Foundation 3081

Youth Foundation West Heidelberg, better known as YF3081, is a youth led community strengthening program. Young people aged 12-25 years with a connection to the post code area of 3081, can make a real difference in their community by applying for grants to fund projects to address issues that concern them.

Somali Men's Social Support Group

The Somali Men’s Social Support Group aims to  promote physical activity, good nutrition and provide an opportunity for social connectedness between older Somali men from the local Somali community.

A typical group session consists of a gentle physical activity, prayer time, nutritious Halal morning tea and lunch and discussion time.

Paediatric Occupational Therapy

Paediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) services are available for children aged birth to 8 years of age. The services available include:

  • Assessment and consultation
  • Individual therapy
  • Group therapy
  • Information for parents, carers, community service providers (eg. Preschool teachers)

Emergency Relief

Provides assessment and emergency assistance for material and financial aid, advocacy, bill negotiations and referral to other services.

You must live the Banyule area to be eligible for an appointment.
